24-Hour Assist number where qualified medical personnel will give the client immediate advice and information and will assist with immediate emergency medical arrangements if necessary.

In the event of an emergency, we will assist in arranging and pay for medical transportation and repatriation utilising either helicopter or road ambulances.

Hospital deposit guarantee

Where required, and in cases of medical emergency, we will guarantee deposits at any medical facility in order that the client, receive the necessary urgent medical attention without delay.  These deposits are then recoverable from the client thereafter.

A claims notification is sent automatically to the Insurance Company’s claims department as soon as a client has been assisted with a home or road emergency.  The claims department use the information provided to contact the client to assist with a possible claim(s).

A weekly report with all the cases for the week, will be forwarded to the Insurance Company’s claims department every Tuesday in order to compare with the daily notifications.

Break-ins and forced entry into a property can leave the homeowner vulnerable and exposed.  Where access to a property is not secure, arrangements will be made for an armed security guard to be dispatched to the member’s property in order to wait with the member until help arrives.
